About the Canons of Dordt

The Canons of Dordt were adopted by the Synod of Dort in 1618-1619 as a confessional response to the Remonstrant controversy.

They are arranged by heads of doctrine and focus especially on grace, election, the death of Christ, conversion, and the perseverance of the saints.

This edition was moved from the catechism site into the confession site because it belongs with the Reformed confessions rather than with catechisms.
