Exodus 4:24-26

Verse

24 Now at a lodging place along the way, Yahweh met Moses and was about to kill him. 25 But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son’s foreskin, and touched it to Moses’ feet. “Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me,” she said. 26 So Yahweh let him alone. (When she said, “bridegroom of blood,” she was referring to the circumcision.) (BSB)
